To take part in the Congress, please choose one of the participant packages, fill in the application form and send it to us at congress2014@mail.ru by June 15, 2016.

Package № 1

Free participation

Visiting thematic conferences and workshops.

Package № 2

Participation fee – EURO 30

The package includes:

· Visiting thematic conferences and workshops;

· Handouts (a bag, a T-shirt, a notebook, a pen, a badge, a program guide, a directory);

· Participation in the Congress opening and closing celebrations (a banquet included);

· Participation in the International Friendship Evening event (Onego Palace Hotel);

· Certificate of Professional Development in a 18-hour Training for Competition Organizers as Part of the All-Russian Sports Complex GTO;

· Congress Participant Certificate.

Package № 3

Participation fee – EURO 75 (a two-night stay) / EURO 100 (a three-night stay)

The package includes:

· Visiting thematic conferences and workshops;

· Handouts (a bag, a T-shirt, a notebook, a pen, a badge, a program guide, a directory);

· Participation in the Congress opening and closing celebrations (a banquet included);

· Participation in the International Friendship Evening event (Onego Palace hotel);

· Certificate of Professional Development in a 18-hour Training for Competition Organizers as Part of the All-Russian Sports Complex GTO;

· Congress Participant Certificate;

· Stay in Pervomayskaya Hotel: 2,3,4-bed rooms with shares facilities. There is a canteen that serves breakfasts starting from RUB 70. Limited number of rooms. Street address: Pervomayskiy Av, 1A.

Package № 4

Participation fee – EURO 135 (a two-night stay) / EURO 190 (a three-night stay)

The package includes:

· Visiting thematic conferences and workshops;

· Handouts (a bag, a T-shirt, a notebook, a pen, a badge, a program guide, a directory);

· Participation in the Congress opening and closing celebrations (a banquet included);

· Participation in the International Friendship Evening event (Onego Palace hotel);

· Certificate of Professional Development in a 18-hour Training for Competition Organizers as Part of the All-Russian Sports Complex GTO;

· Congress Participant Certificate;

· Stay in Onego Palace Hotel: a double room with commodities and breakfast included. Limited number of rooms. Street address: Kuibyshev Str, 26.

Package № 5

Participation fee – EURO 150 (a two-night stay) / EURO 220 (a three-night stay)

The package includes:

· Visiting thematic conferences and workshops;

· Handouts (a bag, a T-shirt, a notebook, a pen, a badge, a program guide, a directory);

· Participation in the Congress opening and closing celebrations (a banquet included);

· Participation in the International Friendship Evening event (Onego Palace hotel);

· Certificate of Professional Development in a 18-hour Training for Competition Organizers as Part of the All-Russian Sports Complex GTO;

· Congress Participant Certificate;

· Stay in Onego Palace Hotel: a double room with commodities and breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Limited number of rooms. Street address: Kuibyshev Str, 26.

NB! To obtain the Certificate of Professional Development, the Congress participant must submit the following document package: course assignment letter, course enrollment application, declaration of student’s agreement to their personal data procession, personal data card filled in from #4, paste (or enclose) your 3х4 photo, copy of your higher or secondary vocational education diploma, and in case you changed your surnameprovide a copy of your marriage certificate.

All the documents mentioned above must be handed in on June 23!
